OK for Penthouse Pets

Local developer adopts a pet-friendly policy for new West End Apartments
Whether a budgie or a Beagle is an important member of the family, they are welcome at Riverpoint Apartments says Fionn Hurley, Residential Sales Manager for Stockwell Property Management.

“We have set out to create an environment that caters to individual needs,” said Mr. Hurley, “It is for this reason that we are offering some 56 individual designs, in our first stage release.”

“Our research showed that whilst buyers are definitely embracing apartment living, they do not want to live in the same style of home as everyone else in the project,” said Mr Hurley.

“I guess this is why we have seen such an exceptional take up of apartments, since our release. We have people buy here because they need room for themselves, their children or grand children, some buyers have small dogs, some have cats, some just want an intimate quality home to call their own,” said Mr Hurley.

“Those who have bought because of our pet friendly policy have also been enticed by the fact that we have Orleigh Park on our door step, which provides a variety of exercise options for both owners and their pets,” he said.

“The recreational opportunities offered by this 4.8 hectare riverfront parklands and the fact that Riverpoint is only two kilometers from the city, allows our buyers the best of both worlds,” said M Hurley.

“They can immerse themselves in the tranquility of a riverfront lifestyle or within minutes be in Central Brisbane.  Whichever option they choose, they can always return to the secure gardens and private facilities of Riverpoint and enjoy quality time with family and friends,” said Mr Hurley.

“Other buyers have purchased because of the Philip Johnson (Award Winning Chef of e’cco Bistro) inspired kitchen and the complimentary Resident’s Herb Garden, that allows residents to pick fresh herbs every day” said Mr Hurley.

“Whatever the buyer’s motivation, be it luxury living, a riverside lifestyle, an exceptional investment, or just room to exercise the family pet, Riverpoint Apartments offers the buyer choice of design, freedom from maintenance and a private indulgent environment,” he said.

“I guess this is why so many of these exceptional homes have been purchased by locals,” Mr Hurley concludes.
